Justin Magnuson is a trusted and down-to-earth leader with deep insights into Indigenous business, politics, and community. He spent ten years teaching at Saskatoon Public Schools, four years as Principal at Kitasoo Community School, and three years as Director of Stz’uminus Education. These roles have given him a rich understanding of the educational needs and cultural dynamics within Indigenous communities.
Justin's approach is grounded in genuine respect and a commitment to fostering collaboration and community-driven initiatives. In his personal time, he loves fishing and golfing with friends and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. This blend of professional experience and personal passion makes Justin a relatable and dedicated leader in his field.

Sarah Jane, our Operations Director, holds a Master’s in Teaching and has a strong background in Indigenous language revitalization and adult education. She has successfully managed educational programs and strategic partnerships that enhance lifelong learning and employment opportunities for Indigenous communities.
Brett Parker, C.P.A.
Brett Parker is our Finance Director, a CPA with extensive experience in financial management for Indigenous organizations. His expertise includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and securing project funding for capital projects and educational initiatives. Brett has successfully facilitated audits, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and worked directly with funding agencies to support financial sustainability for various projects.
