Focus: Strategic Plan Development

Indigene facilitated strategic planning with Savage Society, an Indigenous arts organization grounded in Nlaka’pamux teachings and story sovereignty. The process utilized Appreciative Inquiry, story-based reflection, and consensus dialogue to create an implementation-ready strategic direction.

The engagement was designed to support organizational growth while protecting the relational and cultural foundations that guide Savage Society’s work. Through staged facilitation sessions, Indigene supported the Board in moving from reflection and gratitude-based conversations into strategic visioning, governance discussions, and priority-setting exercises.
